Do you accept special orders and custom work?

Custom work and special orders may take up to 8 weeks — minimum order for custom work, generally $150.00. Please inquire!

Do you gift wrap?

Yes! Just let me know with your order.

SHIPPING

All products are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted in the item description. Custom pieces take between 6-8 weeks to complete.

I use recycled packing paper and materials whenever possible. Please help by recycling your packaging.

I ship US Postal Service Priority Mail. If you are experiencing a delay, please contact the USPS with your tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For U.S.A. orders, items ship within 2 business days. Once shipped, most orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on where you live.

International shipping takes longer and depends upon the destination.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the U.S.A.?

Yes, we do ship internationally!

Shipping costs and times vary.

Returns, what is your policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please let me know within 2 days, and you can exchange it for another choice. Shipping costs to and from are non-refundable.

Special orders are non-refundable.

Discounted and items purchased with a coupon are non-refundable.

If a piece is damaged in transit, please contact me, save the packaging and take a picture of the damaged item.

I am local, can I pick up my order from your studio?

Yes! We can arrange a time by appointment. 

Do you charge sales tax?

North Carolina Sales tax applies to orders from N.C.

By law, Etsy automatically charges sales tax for specific states, check Etsy for the latest updates.

Do you have open studio hours?

No, but I do take appointments, please contact me.

I also have an open studio show on the first two weekends of November, and please plan to attend and join my mailing list for an invitation!

Will I receive the item in the picture?

Yes! My work is one-of-a-kind unless otherwise noted. Please keep in mind the color issue. I try hard to ensure my photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.

Can I display your ceramics outside?

Yes! Porches and outdoor rooms are perfect for these ceramics. They look beautiful in natural light. Keep in mind that they should not hold water during freezing wet weather.

How do I clean the ceramic pieces?

A little rinse under running water or dusting is all that is needed.

How can I shop for your work online?

How do I join your email list?

You have the option to sign-up to my mailing list. This list is kept private and is used to share news about new products, special offers, and events: our mailing list provider is MailChimp. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list, you are welcome to do so at any time.
